    EARTH DAY PLEDGES!



    EXAMPLE PLEDGES:

    I pledge to ride my bike whenever possible instead of drive - Ms. B :O)


    I pledge to find a rain barrel and/or compost bin for our office building - Mrs. Gibos

    I pledge to start a vegetable garden at home and have an office plant for work- Ms. B :O)

    I will ride my bike to work when the school vehicle is not required. NK I will do the same this year if my knees will allow. NK


    I pledge to turn off all the lights for the day! Rachel- Grade 7


    I pledge to recycle everything I can! Paden- Grade 4

    I pledge to remind my mom and help her to bring in the reusable grocery bags when we go into the grocery store,where green today, turn off our lights when we dont need them and when it is sunny out and pick up garbage around our property!!!!! Abigail - Grade 4

    Last year I made many pledges. I was successful in starting a rain barrel and having a home garden. This year I re-pledged to ride my bike to school and incorporate a plant in my office/classroom! Ms. B (gr.4/5 teacher)
