Hello all......

My name is Shelly Baker.

I started with School District 60 in September 2005 as Teacher / Secretary On call. This was a wonderful way to get my feet wet, so to speak.  

My job with Northern BC Distance Education started out the same way, "Come when we need you!"  It progressed to a couple days a week, then an EA position opened up. I had the extreme pleasure of helping Judy Bayrak with an amazing group of kids in a tutorial atmosphere.  When Judy retired, I continued to work with Glen Longley. When Glen decided to move back into the classroom setting, Lana Clarke took over and that is where I am now.  I also work closely with our Secondary advisors, and am loving the diversity of the job and the people I work with.
